Design Deutschland 2010 from 14 - 19 April in Milan [03-25-2010] From 14 - 19 April, visitors to the FuoriSalone in Milan will be able to see the German Design Council's "Design Deutschland" exhibition which is on tour. In 2010, the ON swivel chair will be another Wilkhahn product to go on its travels. The next stop will be the ICFF in New York this May. This series of curated Design Deutschland exhibitions has existed since 2006. Its purpose is to present German designs internationally. The exhibitions display objects from various industries on different themes. Current products from established German companies and designers are complemented by work from young, up-and-coming German designers. As a result, international visitors gain a representative overview of top contemporary German design. The exhibition is accompanied by a programme of supporting events.
